Haighteration reports today that the pink mansion on Waller and Pierce will be turned into Tenancies in Common. Previously thought to inhabit ghosts, the house was purchased from its long-time owner by a firm known to renovate "distressed properties." Three large-sized units, each coming in over 2,000 square feet, should hit the market in late 2011. There's so much for you all to get riled up about today, dear readers, and this story has it all: the Lower Haight, gentrification, TICs, you name it. Vent your frustrations below. [Haighteration]
