Hot Tub Time Machine

New, 2 comments
Let's go back to the year 2005, when this 2-bed, 2-bath condo was last sold for $749,000. Fast forward to 2011, and it's on the the market for $699,000. Ouch. The owners are willing to give up more than just the $50,000 loss - they are giving up hot tub access. Let that sink in for a moment. A hot tub. With an outdoor shower. Melrose Place, eat your heart out! Of course, hot tub access comes with a price: $733 a month in HOA fees. That's quite a bit for a condo of this price, but we should also notes it covers cable and earthquake insurance, neither of which we have, but we hear that they are both handy to have in case of a Gilmore Girls marathon and/or 2012. Other features of note: a private deck, adorable parquet wood floors, included parking and washer/dryer. Snap it up, kids.
