Survey Says

A recent customer survey of 1,261 people who bought homes from July to December of last year turned up some not so surprising results. When asked about their motivation for buying a home in the second half of 2010, 28% of respondents said "low interest rates and lower house prices" were the number one factor. Proving, once again, that people prefer to buy things that aren't so gosh-darned expensive. [WSJ]
