Back in May Curbed wrote about 238 Olive in Cathedral Hill, the 8-unit building that is powered by solar energy! Each unit is a 2-bed, 2-bath, and comes with one parking space. And now they've hit the market! The opening line on this particular listing, #301, is "REDUCED," which is odd, because the $739,000 asking price is the same as they said it would be back in May. There are two apartments per floor. Each has "designer finishes," hardwood flooring, a gas burning fireplace in the living room, stainless steel on anything that uses electricity, and custom cabinetry in both the kitchen and windowless bathrooms. There's also a shared roof deck. Oh, and monthly HOA dues of $476. It should also be noted that #201 is asking $699,000, whereas #202 is asking $769,000.
