Back in August Curbed wrote about this 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,670 square foot "penthouse" at the The Brannan. We discussed how awful it must be for the current owners. Right off the bat they were going to lose $221,000, as they paid $2,150,000 back in 2007 for the place. Now that loss has upped itself to $321,000, because today they shaved off $100,000 from the asking price. That said, it's still $1,095 a square foot. Also, it used to have monthly HOA dues of $869.24, but now that number has suspiciously moved up to $902.20. But hey, hey, hey! You do get stellar views and shiny wood floors.
