Ah, yes. 1170 Sacramento. The mid-century residential tower atop Nob Hill. It's known for its views, unjustifiably high HOA fees and horrible taste in home decor. With that said, the last time we talked about unit 13A was back in late July. Curbed noted that for $1,695,000, it was the best-priced unit in the building. Shoot forward 82 days and it's chopped $84,750 off its asking price, bringing it down to $1,610,250. The basics: it's a 2-bed, 2.5-bath, 2,027 square foot condo with a "rare" maid room/bath on lower floor. The monthly HOA dues are $2712. Other features include mirrors aplenty and a wood burning fireplace. What do you think, dear readers? Is this puppy going to sell? Or should we expect another chop?
