With that said, the last time we talked about unit 13A was back in late July. Curbed noted that for $1,695,000, it was the best-priced unit in the building. Shoot forward 82 days and it's chopped $84,750 off its asking price, bringing it down to $1,610,250. The basics: it's a 2-bed, 2.5-bath, 2,027 square foot condo with a "rare" maid room/bath on lower floor. The monthly HOA dues are $2712.
