More deets on the proposed plan to move Lucky Strike Lanes, a fancy bowling alley chain, into the shuttered Borders Book Store on King Street. The new details are that the "proposed bowling alley hopes to remain open until 2a.m. and acquire a full liquor license." The project is apparently going through through the "Redevelopment Agency as opposed to the Planning Commission," which we find hard to believe considering this 2a.m. business and the booze.
