Pink Building Luxury in Pacific Heights

New, 5 comments

The 5-bed, 5.5-bath flat at 2006 Washington finally sold after over a year on the market. Although the $7m price tag is still jaw-dropping, it's a cool $1.5m under asking, oh, and half (half!!) the price it was listed for back in 2008. There's an absurd monthly HOA of $4,908 covering nightly baths in champagne, a time portal to the future, and children who never puke or poop (unconfirmed). The views from the flat are stunning: the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Lafayette Park and you can probably even see the your piles of money in the bank from here. The common areas look quite roomy, and there are built-ins galore for when you retire to the study with your pipe. We aren't privy to three of the five bedrooms which only means we assume they are un-closeted little hovels. Invite us over to hob-nob with Pac Heights' best once you get moved in so we can take a closer look, won't you?
