Muni improved its on-time performance between 2007 and 2010, but just over half of its customers consider its service to be “excellent or good.” These results and more were presented at Muni’s board of directors meeting yesterday in its "State of the SFMTA" report. The report also prompted discussions on funding issues, which the agency hopes will be ameliorated by initiatives like congestion pricing and variable rate parking prices. [SF Appeal]
