The latest entry into our Under 500k Club has a lot going for it: a lot of sun (thanks to many large windows, Southern orientation, and the Mission’s microclimate), a lot of space (is that a King bed with room to spare in the bedroom?), and a lot of storage (we are loving the thoughtfully-planned cabinetry and built-in workspace in the kitchen). This top floor 1-bed, 1-bath is listed at $499,000, and includes a deeded parking space and access to common and private outdoor areas, which are maintained as part of the low $193.08/month HOA fees (one of the lowest we’ve seen lately). And it’s in the Mission’s culinary heartland on 18th between Mission and Valencia. As far as we can tell, the only potential detractors are the slipper tub, which isn’t everyone’s taste, and the absence of more than one true closet (we think we spy one behind the bedroom door). What say you dear readers?
