San Bruno Fire Destroys 53 Homes, Four Deaths Reported

Yesterday evening a natural gas line explosion and fire happened in San Bruno that caused 80-foot flames to shoot into the sky. As of 8:13a.m. today, 53 homes have been destroyed, 120 have been damaged, and four people have died. The Blood Centers of the Pacific has issued an emergency appeal for blood donations, specifically Type O negative. Our thoughts go out to all the families that have been affected by this terrible disaster.
