As you can imagine, the views are what dictate the price tag. As do the remote-controlled window shades, "Calacatta Luccicoso marble" counters in the kitchen and a master suite with not one but two walk-in closets. You also get a storage cage and monthly HOA dues of $1,552.86. It should be noted that the unit sold back in June of 2009 for $3,199,500.
