Walter Lembi, co-head honcho of the Lembi Group (CitiApartments, aka Skyline Realty aka First Apartments), died Tuesday afternoon. He was 63. We aren't going to say much, except that our thoughts go out to his family for their loss. In the meantime, take a stroll down memory lane to read about his life's work. And thanks to Eve at the SF Appeal for the tip.
