Pat Brown was Governor, Johnson beat Goldwater, and couples had twin beds. Built on the Belvedere Cove by the current owners with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths. Listed in March, 2010 for $2.495M then pricechopped and relisted two weeks later to $2.250M. Needs some freshening up inside. Good things: Waterfront, on public sewer connection, walk to Tiburon Ferry, no lawn. Bad thing: it's not ours.
