Ah, those were the days. When you could build a classic California cottage out over the water on pilings and have all your nautical toys just out the back door. Pat Brown was Governor, Johnson beat Goldwater, and couples had twin beds. Built on the Belvedere Cove by the current owners with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths. Listed in March, 2010 for $2.495M then pricechopped and relisted two weeks later to $2.250M. Needs some freshening up inside. Good things: Waterfront, on public sewer connection, walk to Tiburon Ferry, no lawn. Bad thing: it's not ours.
