Commenter garden lust hits the nail right on the head with the correct answer: $949,000. The highest guess came from commenter pazzousul, who thought the property was going for $1,800,000. Our lowest guess came from a guest, who lowballed the property at $750,000 (in our dreams!). The unfortunate part of this story is that in 2007 it sold for $1,115,000, which means the current owners are taking a loss of $166,000 right off the bat. Thanks to all who played!
