New, 9 comments

Welcome to another episode of PriceSpotter, Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. And hey, cheaters never win, and winners never cheat!

It's been nearly eight months since we've played our favorite guessing game with you, dear readers. We're well overdue for a round. This 1-bed, 1-bath 1,501 square foot condo is located on Pacific Avenue at Laguna Street in Pacific Heights. It's situated on a sunny southwest corner of a Mediterranean style building that was built in 1928. Features include cathedral ceilings, fireplace, and a view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Since it's been so long, we'll even give you a really big hint. Back in 2007 it sold for $1,115,000. Care to take a stab at the current asking price? Give us your best guess in the comments!
