If you build it, they will come

Hooray! The Board of Supervisors has gone and accepted over $3.25M for the renovation of your favorite local playground (we're talking about Dolores Park playground, people). The project will provide the playground with new equipment as well as benches and sculptures (more on that here). If all goes according to plan (which it won't), the project will be completed by Spring 2011. [Mission Local]
