But hell, the listing says it comes with a four car garage and a screening room, so what more do you need to know? And apparently a glass-detailed stairway by the much-loved/much-reviled Stanley Saitowitz. Even Stanley had to start somewhere. That double lot is a whopping 61 x 138 and includes a sweeping lawn.
