Every once in a coon's age, we like to highlight the going's on of a certain other large American city, if only to remind ourselves why we don't live there, aside from the egg-frying heat. While the DPW frowns on public dumping, no one in our fair city is likely to ticket anyone for salvaging a toaster oven.
