Uptown Almanac and Mission Loc@l have both noticed the latest parklet to pop up, on 22nd and Bartlett. This latest, which Rebar Group calls "Walklet," is their experiment in creating a modular, LEGO-type kit for piecing together parklets for sitting, eating, and loitering peaceably — all with "easy maintenance and maximum durability." Judging by a Google map they've created of "Walklet Installations," many more of this model may be in the works.
