Ultraluxe 1-Bed Mint Collection Unit Returns a Year Later at $5k

Like clockwork — if this is indeed the same 1-bed, 2-bath unit in the Mint Collection's Sliver Building from last year — it's returned to Craigslist just about one year later, perhaps following expiration of a lease. The 1,700 square foot unit went a little all-out with details: a floor to ceiling curved birch wall, acid-stained concrete floors, direct elevator access, a built-in Ethernet network, all that stuff. Plus: landscaped roof deck, gym, and concierge service. The difference this year: the rent's $300 cheaper, at $5,000 a month. Good to keep a sober eye on these things, you know.
