When the "Eichler-inspired" Noe Valley house at 622 27th St hit Craigslist this past December, the owners said they'd carry the first loan for the property — "pretty ballsy," said commenter insidesfre. Today, the latest Craigslist ad for the 3-bed (plus), 2.5-bath property says no such thing, but the price, over the course of its 100-plus days on the market, has dropped to its new sub-$2 million weight. At 2,931 square feet, that makes for $682 per, well below the median $821 for Noe Valley.
