They're both going for around $740 per. HOAs are $465 for the 2-bed, and $396 for the 1-bed. They've each got one parking space and have in-unit washer and dryer. And, lucky (or unlucky) for buyers who bit before the news even hit, the Hayes Valley building has ended up being adjacent to the future SFJAZZ Center, and can even be spotted in one of the SFJAZZ Center renderings.
