Biggest. Mural. Evar.

San Francisco painter Brian Barneclo is setting out to paint the city's biggest mural on a building at 7th Street and Townsend. The piece will cover the entire wall, which is viewable from both I-80 and Caltrain: 600 feet long and 40 feet tall, totaling 2400 square feet of figurative illustration of city life and personal connections. "Treat it like a 'Boom! Welcome to San Francisco,'" says Barneclo. Adobe has already pitched in $10,000, and if all other funding is secured, the piece should be done by June. [SFBG]
