The "exceptional Edwardian" at 3024 Pierce in Cow Hollow returned, lavishly remodeled, to market in late January at just about double its going price two years prior. A month later, the price for the 3-bed, 2-bath house took a little over a $200k tumble. Assuming SocketSite's quoted 2,500 square feet for the house, that comes out to $1,358 per — still far above the $1,000 per square foot bar that the average Cow Hollow house these days has trouble clearing. Another date with the price chopper, then?
