As the World Expo launches in Shanghai, the New York Times explores San Francisco's green cred in a very go-go-go article about just how environmentally friendly we are. Naturally, our green pom pom'd cheerleader-mayor gets plenty of mentions. So does the U.N. Global Compact headquarters due to break ground soon in Hunters Point.
