The Absorption Battle

It's another story about the unlikelihood of new condo developments moving units as briskly as they have: namely LindenHayes, which now only has 10 units left, compared to 17 a month ago. There's also Union, which has now sold 64 out of its 76 units, and 555 Bartlett, which has 15 out of 46 units left. It's a different game compared to days past, however. Says Palisades, the company behind Union: "We are not seeing the strength where you see price appreciation from phase to phase ... Today's battle is all about absorption."
