After a decade of fighting between neighbors, developers and activists, Edgehill Mountain Park now seems safe, and looks like a neat, out of the way place to explore and take in some views of San Francisco from some relatively obscure angles. Jeff Diehl suggests that folks drop by on a second Saturday of the month to help local volunteers clear non-native species from what local conservationists call "a virtual arboretum for San Francisco native plants."
