Union's 70 Percent Sold

Though a Curbed commenter wrote in January that "this place is lucky to have sold anything thus far," it appears Union has sold 70 percent of its units since launching last fall. The 76-unit development, comprised of an adapted brick warehouse and a new building, has mostly 1-bed flats and 3-bed townhomes left, and they range from $500K to the upper $800K range.
