A reader alerted us to One Hawthorne's updated website, which has gone into full marketing blast mode. The 165-unit high-rise, which has units ranging from junior 1-beds to 3-beds, is taking a "smaller, more subdued" approach to luxury living, as the SFBT reported back in November. What that means isn't exactly clear, but the building's website allows some glimpses into its guts for house shoppers to find out: floor plans are now available for floors 2 through 7, while there are also a few photorealistic renderings showing the insides of the units. Prices, last we checked, should start at $400K for the junior 1-beds, and hit over $2 million for the penthouses.
