True to our prediction, the brand new catwalk house at 124 Lily St appears today on Price Chopper! One of two new offerings subdivided from that lot (the other one being an old fire company's headquarters on Oak), the 4-bed, 3.5-bath house has just dropped $100K, two months after hitting the market. When we first took notice of the new house — broker blog Inside SF RE had just taken a tour of the property, and noted the awkwardness of the catwalk dining level not having a bathroom.
