The Artani, which ran from the treacherous condo market over a year ago, has finally mustered the intestinal fortitude to brave the MLS again. Namely, as noticed by SocketSite today, four units: three of which are 1-bed, 1-baths ranging from $489K to $549K, and the last of which is a 2-bed, 2-bath asking $699K — all down between 12 to 21 percent from sunnier days in 2008. However! Artani's resurfacing calls for a celebration. The building's empty storefronts are now wrapped in graphics promoting the reopened sales center, and Inside SF RE (who you'll also find on our Twitter Brokers list) says: "Attending the opening of the Artani on Van Ness tonight!" Indeed, the building's Facebook page invites gawkers and open-house itinerants to "Artani Sky" tonight to "experience architectural style and sophistication at its height," along with four model residences. RSVP if you must, and let us know if the mood at the party says the condo curse is broken.
