Last month commenter killbotkondo noted that 9-unit boutique project Nove was born of a long-owned property of the family of Glenn Rescalvo, a Handel Architects principal. A profile in today's San Francisco Business Times says Rescalvo's hoping to develop more sites across the city. His family, in fact, is in the construction business and owns five "developable parcels" in San Francisco. "We're looking for people who are the same level of income (as the Millennium, which he designed) but do not want to be in a highrise." Next up: a pair of houses in Diamond Heights.
