New Trinity Place Resident Digs 'Nice Touches' and Spaciousness

New, 13 comments

Curbed's own Trinity Place insider has completed his move into the first building of the giant Mid-Market complex, and he offers us words and pictures from within:

While this isn't One Rincon or Infinity luxury, they put some nice touches in these units. I have lived in many a studio in my day and these make excellent use of 450 square feet, from the ample walk in closet, the spacious bath, endless kitchen cupboard space, and the way they divided the living and sleeping "niches" to form a jr one bedroom out of a studio. Any single working person would find these to be more than adequate. They also make a good space for student/roommates as the divider adds some privacy. Another nice touch is the way they staggered the entries so you are never across the hall from your neighbor and my favorite touch... the doorbell, and apt numbers in Braille!
By the way, devotion to animal print: present and accounted for.
