According to a rumor — seconded by an anonymous commenter — the most expensive unit in Nove, pegged at $1,749,000, is already in escrow, just days after the project hit the market. That would be the one 4-bedroom, 3-bath unit in the nine-unit Noe/Mission luxury project (all the others are 3-bed units). Seriously, that was fast.
