Architect David Baker is taking folks on a bike tour of his latest project, West Oakland's Tassafaronga Village. The complex, or rather "village," includes an 80-unit apartment building, 22 Habitat for Humanity townhouses, 77 run-of-the-mill townhouses, and a pasta factory-turned-supportive housing.
