Foreclosures Up 15 Percent

New, 1 comment

Foreclosures are not getting any better these days. Well, aside from a dip from December to January, the national rate of homes facing foreclosures has actually gone up 15 percent year over year. To that, one number cruncher says: "There's a lot of foreclosures in the pipeline, and the number is going to continue to get bigger." Just to add to the doom and gloom, another says he doesn't see the "coming of the end of the foreclosure crisis." As usual, California has some of the worst-performing cities: Modesto, Stockton, and that whole Riverside area. [SFGate]
