Dogs! In San Francisco, we have more dogs per family than children. Well, now the National Park Service is considering changing its pet policy, which hasn't been changed since 1979. You see, when dogs go off-leash they sometimes destroy rare plants and animals. And they also, you know, do their business. It's not good for the parks, so the NPS is contemplating enforcing dogs to be kept on their leashes - at least in certain areas. [NBC Bay Area]
