Mysterious Window of Owls Explained

If you're both an avid observer and a frequenter of the Mission, then you've probably stumbled across an apartment building on Dolores Street at 18th Street that made you look twice. It's the Owl Window, as most call it. The window is filthy, but it's clear that there are dozens of owls looking out at you as you walk by. Some have speculated that a quirky art school student must be behind it, while others think it's probably just your garden variety crazy person. SF Secrets decided to do some investigating, and what they found was a man who has a passion for kitsch decorating, and what inspires him to do so. See the video above.
