The lower unit is also two levels, and is the owners unit. The upstairs unit is currently being rented for $4,000 a month. Not bad pocket change, eh? There are two leased parking spaces on Sonoma Street. The pictures are sketchy, only because we don't know which unit they show. One would assume that the one with furniture, art, and hanging pots in the kitchen would be the occupied upstairs unit. But we can really never know. The last time this building sold was in 2004 for $1,950,000, ouch. That means the current owner is looking at a loss of $455,000 right off the bat. The lower unit has two bedrooms and 2 baths. The Upper unit has two bedrooms and two baths. According to the floorplans, it looks as though the lower unit has access to the landscaped backyard. The top unit has decks aplenty.
