Spoiler Alert

Florida-based developer Lennar is pointing the finger at environmental groups if a promised $7 million doesn't get distributed to the community near Hunter's Point shipyard. They say they will not hand out the money, designated for "job training, affordable housing and health care" in Bayview until the lawsuits are settled and the project is no longer in jeopardy. The suits mainly center around claims of an inadequate cleanup of the toxic site, and a bridge over wetlands which environmental groups claim would cause damage. [SF Gate]
