Park Merced is taking their green message to the next level. Parkmerced Investors LLC plans to reinvent their 152 acres by demolishing about 3,200 units and replacing them over the next 30 years with new "low-, mid-, and high-level towers" and including energy-saving initiatives like wind power, rooftop solar panels and an organic farm.
