Welcome to another episode of PriceSpotter, Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. And hey, cheaters never win, and winners never cheat!
It's been too long since we've racked your brains for the most realistic (or unrealistic?) price of a property. So, let's get to it. The bad news:
it's a short sale. Now that we've got that out of the way, this a garden-level condo is in the heart of the Castro on Collingwood Street at 18th Street. It's a tiny little fella, clocking in at a whooping 540 square feet. It's a
1-bed, 1-bath that has a shared living and dining room. Since it was constructed in 2002, it has all sorts of new finishes like hardwood flooring throughout, crown moulding, recessed lighting, plantation shutters, and hey, hey, hey! A jetted bathtub. The unit also comes with laundry machines. Other highlights include 1-car parking the ability to host brunch on your slate courtyard.
What are your guesses, people? $800,000? $150,000? Let us know in the comments! Remember, it's a short sale. Oh, and of course:
monthly HOA dues are $150. ·
