Back On the Market With $1,100,000 Off

New, 10 comments

The poor, sad chunk of contemporary that is 55 Buena Vista. In 2006 it was purchased for $2,177,000 by interior designer Joseph Oroza and was then significantly remodeled by architect Jonathan Feldman. After completion it was plopped back on the market with an asking price of $3,395,000. It never caught a buyer, so it was off the market for about six months. Then it came back, this time with a much more reduced price. But still, no buyers. Delisted again. Shoot forward to present day and she's back with a brand new asking price: $2,295,000. 3-bed, 3.5-bath, 3,106 square feet? will this single-family home ever sell?
