Come and Get Your Dog Parks

New, 1 comment

For more than half a decade a portion of SoMa has been noisy and unpleasant due to the $471,000,000 undertaking to retrofit the western approach of the Bay Bridge. To help ease local residents through the process, $4,000,000 was set aside for public improvements, including a dog park at Beale and Bryant streets. On Wednesday, the funds were allocated for the landscaping upgrades. The site will eventually feature two dog areas: one for big and one for small dogs. There will also be watering holes and a slew of green space. [SF Examiner]
