Last night in an online newsletter the Friends of Dolores Playground folk announced that the new playground at Dolores Park has met construction delays. When the Rec and Park development sought out bids for construction, all the bids came in way over budget. “Once we reach agreement on the cost saving strategies, the project will be put out to bid again.
