Bridge Business

New, 5 comments

In 2002 the Bay Area Toll Authority toyed with the idea of building a bridge from San Lorenzo to San Bruno. It fell flat. Today, though, authorities are thinking that perhaps it is needed, and they're willing to shell out $400,000 (funded by existing bridge tolls) to start a study to determine if a bridge is necessary. Like Matt Baume said over at NBC Bay Area, this is music to the ears of all eight people who "can't get enough of either of those two cities." [NBC Bay Area]
