From the Way-Outer Richmond comes a report that the restoration of the Lincoln Park steps has completed phase one of the project which includes this beautifully tiled bench at the far end of California Street. When the two-year restoration project is completed, tile artist Aileen Barr's work will cover the entire staircase which faces East next to the Katherine Delmar Burke School. For now, a ribbon cutting ceremony takes place on November 12th to recognize the project and hopefully raise a few additional funds for the Friends of Lincoln Park. [RichmondSF]
