Casually Contemporary in Noe Valley

New, 6 comments

Well of course this Noe Valley condo features a crib in one of its 14 listing photos. We wonder if a three-wheeled baby stroller is included in the sale. With that out of the way, this 2-bed, 1-bath, 1050 square foot condo has just hit the market with an asking price of $769,000. It sold back in 2006 for $715,000, so its current owners aren't trying to make major buckaroos on the resell. We can't fault the location, and you're a mere block away from the Upper Noe Recreation Center. Step inside the home and it's got an airy open floorplan with large wooden hanging doors to help separate space if needed. The hanging doors are also extremely aesthetically pleasing if you're going for the "we have a DWR credit card and would like to be featured in Dwell magazine" look. Right off of the kitchen/den are large metal french doors that open to a deeded slate patio and a large, level south-facing shared garden. And hey, you get a spot in the garage.
