?from an economic perspective, game day is the least of it. Stadiums, from an economist's point-of-view. Conclusion? Municipalities where team owners build their own facility in a downtown setting win the economic game. San Francisco gave plenty of support for what used to be called Pacific Bell Park but it's not burdened by the huge long-term debt of actually building the thing.
